Always aiming for 5/5

Good ‘old fashioned’ customer service has always been at the core of our family-run business. We aim to be polite, friendly, efficient and professional - and we very much hope you will be able to rate us 5/5 as most of our past customers have.

When we have finished our work, our customers are asked if they would like to give feedback on our service by completing a Norfolk Trusted Trader satisfaction feedback form. The feedback, which is optional and confidential, is returned to the Trusted Trader organisation, who then publish the results and comments on their independent website.

We have had a new oil boiler and water cylinder. The previous ones had done valiant service but had to go.
In stepped TRS who once again come up trumps. They provide a service which is efficient, quick and with excellent good humoured staff who above all know their job.

Customer Comments - I was recommended to TRS by a previous customer who had also needed a replacement oil tank and decided to have a metal one instead of plastic. The staff at the head office were extremely helpful plus the workmen who called to view the location of a new tank and so to provide a quotation. This was done very quickly providing full information about the new tank. When I phoned the HO they were able to answer any of my queries and were extremely helpful. The tank has been fitted today and the workmen were very pleasant and knowledgeable about the new tank and were extremely tidy and efficient in disposing of the old tank. I would definitely recommend TRS.

Customer Comments - I have used TRS before in my previous house. So I contacted them when I had a problem with the oil tank. They came out immediately and the new tank was installed the next day. They removed the old tank. It took only 2 hours. I was very impressed. No fuss and clean.

Customer Comments - The request for quotation was completed within a couple of weeks. On accepting the quote the work was scheduled for the following Friday. The workers arrived on time and explained the whole procedure and halfway through carrying out the job they checked that we were happy with what was being done. Job completed the same day.

Customer Comments - I met with the company's representative in an "emergency situation" as I had had no oil for two weeks and no heating and we were 2 days from Christmas when I have family coming to stay. They came to view the tank that afternoon and came the next day, were there for about 2 hours and completed the job. Heating up and running again. I can't recommend them highly enough!

Customer Comments - I contacted David on a Sunday after having found our oil tank leaking. David gave clear advice, he was professional and patient, he answered all of my questions. After sending photos and access measurements, David arranged new tank replacement for the Thursday. The men who did the job were great, access wasn't easy and they made it look effortless. Tidy and efficient too. Overall, professional and quick service.

Customer Comments - One of the most efficient companies I have ever dealt with, unfortunately the 2 men had to make 2 visits owing to adverse weather conditions (very heavy rain), which they were prepared to work in, but due to the requirement of a new tank base the job had to be temporarily abandoned as the site became waterlogged, they kindly connected the new tank on a temporary basis, so we still had hot water & heating & completed the task after a few days when the ground had dried out sufficiently.
would definitely recommend.

Just wanted to say a huge thank you for the Installation of our new oil tank yesterday.

The team carried out the complete installation with total professionalism. They did a great job despite the fact the heavens opened & Im sure that most tradesman would have put down tools & gone home. When they left there was no evidence anyone had been here as they left the place clean & tidy.

Customer Comments - Needed a leaking oil tank fixed, TRS came out at 5pm on a Friday just 30 mins after my call.
They transferred my oil into a holding tank so I had access to hot water over the weekend.
On Monday they phoned at half nine, gave me options for replacing the tank with costings, then were at my house by 11 fitting a new tank.
Excellent service, great guys and great value for money.

Installation carried out on arranged date - removal of old tanks, transfer of oil, new base as quoted - reinstalled all within a working day. Site was left tidy and connections to pipework all carried out correctly. No issues, no extras. Would recommend without hesitation.

Our oil tank sprung a leak over the weekend and after a web search we phoned TRS who answered immediately and gave advice of a temporary fix that worked instantly. The tank was over 20 years old and so needed replacing and within 24 hours a team arrived and installed a shiny new one which was not easy given the access. The team from sales and install have renewed my faith, no corporate script, over seas call centres, broken promises, just pure professionalism. Thank you.

Customer Comments - The installers were brilliant. worked extremely well, cleared up completely. As for David, engineer on call over Bank Holiday weekend, he too was brilliant, very re-assuring. Advised a worried lady through 3-4 phone calls and early call on Tuesday and by 8.15pm on Tuesday an appointment was made for first call on Thursday for a tank replacement. An absolute credit to Tank Replacement Services.

The leak on the tank was bad and so we needed a fix urgently, I was really impressed with how swiftly TRS reacted and came out to help us. They were even ready to replace the tank that day too, however I chose another option that meant it had to be done a few days later.

plastic oil tank with a steel unit.
A quote was produced, which I was happy with and the job was completed about a week later.
Two men from David,s team arrived about 0900hrs, emptied the original tank, removed it and replaced it with a new steel tank manufactured by Tank Replacement Services and proceeded to refill.
I was kept up to date throughout the whole procedure and asked questions as to my requirements.
The team completed the task in around 2, 1/2hrs leaving a clean worksite.
All in all a very slick operation.
I have no hesitation in recommending this firm and the quality they provide,
its the second time I have used them.

Description -TRS came to diagnose and rectify an intermittent `fire-up` fault with our oil fired central heating boiler

Customer Comments - "with the initial communication with the company representative being very polite, helpful and informative. A senior engineer was immediately appointed to attend with this intermittent fault and attended later that day as the engineer was in the area at the time. It became obvious that their engineer was completely familiar with our particular boiler; testing and diagnosing multiple faults with the unit.
I was included this process on an observational basis (without crowding the engineer!)and the faults being explained in detail. This company is dedicated to customer satisfaction and aftersales. With service like this it is destined to last for generations to come. Very profound comments but I do my homework having been `bitten` in the past."
